ph93 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. Deposits: ph93 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank. Deposits are credited to your ph93 wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds. ph93 does not accept cash deposits, third-party deposits, or transfers from accounts not registered in your own name.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ph93 will only process withdrawals to payment methods and accounts registered in the name of the verified account holder. ph93 targets withdrawal processing within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification status and payment provider timelines. ph93 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending the completion of KYC verification or anti-money laundering review.
Minimum and Maximum Amounts: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by ph93 and communicated within the Platform at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice.
Dormant Accounts: ph93 reserves the right to impose an administrative fee on accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or longer. You will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without ph93's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph93's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
ph93 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
ph93 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures, connectivity issues, maintenance, or force majeure events.
ph93 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
Upon termination for cause, ph93 may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. You may appeal a suspension by contacting ph93 support at [email protected]. Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph93 Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Where applicable, disputes relating to ph93's gaming licence compliance may also be referred to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through its published regulatory channels.
ph93 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph93 will notify registered users via email to their registered address and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.
